TE RA BEACH HOUSE

Te Ra Beach House

Te Ra Beach House is one of Waitangi's featured homes that overlooks the Marae reservation and out towards the sea across to Russell. The older style home is comfortable with quality furniture offering a very relaxed and enjoyable environment. The house is ideally suited for large family groups with plenty of space for parking and the kids to run around. The house was formerly the Managers home of the former Waitangi Motels complex which is now owned by Te Tii (Waitangi) B3 Trust

Te Tii (Waitangi) B3 Trust recently purchased the Beach House and surrounding units in 2014 and is slowly refurbishing the property to bring it back to its former glory. The Trust is a Maori landholding Trust that administers the Waitangi lands on behalf of their beneficiaries.

Waitangi is a vibrant local community that is situated on the edge of the Waitangi River and Ti Beach. Waitangi is only a short walk around the bluff from Paihia where all the popular tourist attractions are located including the ferry rides to Russell. We have a mixture of local residents and holiday makers enjoying our Waitangi community all year round.
